Give yourself space to reflect with Choazan
Changing how you think is a major challenge! Are your working relationships not… working? Feel like you’ve tried everything and you’re still not getting anywhere? Always busy but not much to show for it? Here’s where coaching comes in. Coach and coachee form a tandem. We explore avenues together, dealing with whatever obstacles are preventing you from getting where you want to be.
If you’ve said to yourself a hundred times “I’d love to do/be such-and-such, but I can’t”, read on!
Coaching is an age-old practice that follows a collaborative process.
Questioning sparks the “aha” moments that turn desires into actions.
Coaching is a partnership. We work together, side by side. Your coach does not need to be an expert in your field, because coaching is not advising.
A coaching relationship is a partnership, with a shared goal, to change the status quo. You’ll feel the difference, at work and at home.
First, we meet for a (free) 30-minute alchemy session, to see if we’ll make a good tandem, or team.
Next comes the foundation session in which we draw up our road map, decide on the main objective, and the number and frequency of sessions.
The last session wraps up the coaching agreement.
Sessions typically last between 45 and 90 minutes and take place in person or remotely.
As your coach, I support you as you make your decisions. Each coach has their own style. Mine is gentle (yet firm), optimistic and full of humanity. Questioning comes naturally to me, and I have tried and tested techniques to uncover what is truly important to you.
Thanks to my training in Nonviolent Communication, I measure the power of true listening – when you listen to understand rather than to respond – and the feelings of peace and clarity that result from authentic conversations. I am convinced that we human beings share a desire to enrich our lives and coaching is my contribution to that.
At Choazan, we believe that everyone should be able to benefit from coaching. I readily take part in charity coaching programmes with ICF and other through federations and associations. If you represent an NGO or charity and would like to offer coaching to your members or volunteers, give me a call.

What’s the format?
Goals are usually achieved within 5-10 sessions.
I trained in professional coaching at Coaching Ways, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation, the world’s leading coaching federation, and registered with the RNCP. I am accredited as an ACC by the ICF, a guarantee of professionalism for my clients and recognition of the knowledge I have gained, my experience, and my commitment to the profession.
Before my coaching training, I discovered Nonviolent Communication — a way of being, a way of speaking (to oneself and to others) that serves life. This approach encourages us to use language that fosters cooperation rather than language that fuels fear, guilt, or blame.
