A comprehensive approach to channel the chaos and move forward with peace of mind with Choazan!
We all need to learn how to organise our ideas, projects and spaces. It doesn’t come naturally! In this world of “infobesity”, we are inundated with demands on our attention – distractions are a common complaint in today’s fast-paced working environments. The temptation to (try to) multi-task can be difficult to overcome. However, that often translates as flitting from one thing to another or scrolling aimlessly. As a result, many of us end up feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
When I became self-employed I realised the importance of attention, and while looking for how to maintain a healthy balance I came across a tool, mind mapping, and a method of organisation, LeviMensa, which together are my answer to that question.
Mind mapping brings clarity to the decision-making process, and to note-taking, boosts creativity – because it reflects the way the brain naturally works – and gives both depth and focus to the exploration of a topic. You can use the same map to prepare, conduct and follow up an interview, for example. Mind mapping is a useful aid whenever you need to present your ideas orally.
LeviMensa makes space in your life, starting by freeing up bandwidth in your head. As a reliable organisation system, the method gives you welcome relief as you juggle all the plates you have in the air (or on the shelf)! In short, you make conscious choices about what to do when.
Both courses can be delivered in person or remotely, as a half-day workshop or as a full two-day training.
